The system will be fully configured to meet the particular product and reporting requirements of the client with VLS taking an active or passive role according to individual needs. In a passive scenario, clients are able to use the system as if it were resident on their own server, to manage all their in-house workflow processes. Proposals & credit, booking new contracts, creating invoices, DD files, managing arrears, renewals, terminations and month end nominal accounting extracts can all be carried out remotely from any internet enabled PC though the VLS secure Citrix gateway. VLS will merely take care of the system security, backup and maintenance. In a more active scenario, VLS is able to provide experienced staff to stand in and manage processes in some or all of the workflow areas. For example, clients may be comfortable in managing proposals and new business, but prefer VLS to look after customer service and collections. In this way, VLS can manage DD collections for clients either under its own BACS origination number or using that of the client. Any combination is possible, even to the extent of VLS staff merely being on standby to assist at peak times or for absence cover. Real peace of mind to know that there is always a back up or supplementary experienced support when it is needed. In addition, behind all of our databases, sits a comprehensive data warehouse. In the unlikely event that the standard reporting suite does not provide the particular information, we are able to extract whatever data is required and make it available to our clients. |
